Job Description
- Meeting and Appointment Organization: Efficiently scheduling meetings and personal appointments for the CEO.
- Meeting Coordination: Arranging and coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and managing follow-ups.
- Correspondence Management: Drafting and handling confidential official correspondence, managing email communications effectively.
- Ad-hoc Support: Handling various ad-hoc assignments to assist the CEO.
- Attendance and Documentation: Attending training, meetings, and press conferences as needed, documenting proceedings.
- Project Support: Carrying out specific projects, campaigns, and research tasks as required.
- Client and Supplier Liaison: Acting as a liaison and negotiating with clients and suppliers/vendors on behalf of the CEO if necessary
Job Requirements
