Job Description

1. Identify business opportunities, develop and build market and potential customers.
2. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract customers, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
3. Ensure route to market & territory management optimization.
4. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information and addressing any concerns raised by customers.
5. Stay agile and adaptable in response to changing market conditions, customer feedback, and unforeseen challenges
6. Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

• Applicant who familiar with range of hardware or water related hardware are most preferred.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences.
• Applicant must be Malaysia Citizens and possess own transport.
• Able to write and speak in Mandarin (mandarin-speaking client), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented will be added advantage
