Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain smooth workflow.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and production compliance standards.
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services to support production needs.
- Build and sustain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage purchasing budgets, track expenditures, and explore cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and materials handling.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain a safe, well-organized warehouse environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Direct transportation and delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient distribution.
- Negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable terms and promptly resolve delivery issues.
- Continuously optimize supply chain processes to shorten lead times and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities for accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Lead, guide, and motivate teams across production, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics functions.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development programs to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
- Track departmental KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare and review operational reports covering production output, procurement costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in operations management, with specific experience overseeing production, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
