Job Description

1) The staff will be responsible for taking orders, making sandwiches and dealing with customers. 2) The staff must ensure that she or he has adequate materials for the lunch rush – including special orders – cleaning up, and keeping tidy specific areas in the Bar.
3)Complete responsibility for morning / evening prep, including: storing daily deliveries, checking deliveries and filing dockets, washing vegetables, preparing salads to recipes, setting up the display fridge. Soup kettles, baskets, condiments, jugs, making sandwiches and rolls to recipe, operating machinery including slicer, scales, coffee, toaster and others, making coffee and tea, ensuring supplies are kept topped up. 4)Observing the hygiene standards laid down in the Staff Manual.
5)Serving customers as the need arises, putting the customer first and adhering to the Three Little Rules in the Staff Manual. See our website for details.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
