Operation Executive - Outbound - Japanese Speaker (Tourism)

• Liaise with overseas land operators to coordinate tour & hotel arrangement for clients in Japanese
• Able to negotiate with suppliers and create attractive travel packages and products.
• Creative in developing new products and packages
• Prepare contents for tour package flyer, EDM ( Electronic Digital Marketing ) including setting tour fee
• Prepare Pre-Tour briefing before FIT/group tour departure ( Preparation of briefing booklet and relevant travel documents )
• Able to work independently
• Able to tour leading and bring student tours to Japan

• Minimum SPM certificate holder, Diploma in related field is advantageous.  
• Candidate must be able to communicate in fluent English & business level Japanese (at least JLPT N2)
• Prefer to have some work experiences in Tourism & Hospitality sectors
• Having product planning experience in Travel industry would be a plus
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
