FujiCare, a Fujiaire Global subsidiary, provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial air conditioning units.

In March of this year, Cuckoo co-created with Fujiaire air conditioners entered the Malaysian market through a strategic collaboration with CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn Bhd. Sales surpassed the initial target, reaching 66,000 homes. Sales volume for 2023 is projected at RM40.7 million, reflecting the success of the alliance.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the shipping process, ensuring that shipments are accurate, timely, and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage all documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices.
  • Prepare and oversee the packaging of goods for local deliveries, ensuring that items are adequately protected and labeled.
  • Monitor inventory of packaging materials and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring that it matches the order and is in good condition.
  • Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse for easy access and efficient retrieval.
  • Coordinate with the team to update stock levels and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects to the relevant teams and vendors as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Operation, Supply Chain, Business Administration or in a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing situations.
