Job Description

  • Execute overall website operations on both the frontend and backend
  • Execute website content strategy
  • Execute website SEO strategy and others related to promotional plans
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests from clients
  • Oversee day-to-day operation and management of the website
  • Lead website-related projects and monitor progress
  • Analyse website data, generate reports, and propose improvements
  • Lead the website team and support team members
  • Respond promptly to user feedback and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with website-related legal regulations and compliance
  • Support for superiors and cooperation among managers

Job Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: A deep understanding of products or services and the ability to solve problems effectively, proficiency in web development, design, SEO, and other technical aspects
  • Communication Skills: Having clear and effective communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions with the client, team members, and external parties
  • Experience in Website Backend Management: Accumulating experience in managing website backend management such as product listing, frontend monitoring, system data modification, Inventory update, banner registration, etc.
  • Experience in Team Management: Having experience in understanding clients’ needs and requests, and collaborating with other team members to achieve objectives – Nice to have
  • Experience in simple tasks such as image editing – Nice to have
  • Experience in Email Marketing such as contents placement, segment setting and tag implementation, schedule setting and delivery execution – Nice to have
    Office Skill:
  • Microsoft: Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP and general functions), Word and Power Point
  • Code: HTML, liquid, Java Script, SQL, XML and CSS
  • Shopify Tools
  • English - Upper Intermediate Level *Writing and Speaking
  • Japanese - Native Level *Writing and Speaking
