Job Description
- To provide timely support to merchants as well as consumers if required
- To manage and build good working relationship with clients.
- To follow up on any enquiries received
- To work closely with other teams to resolve clients issue
- To execute all merchant services works including payment reconciliation and payment settlement for the company
- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher, any field
- 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work under tight schedule
- Computer literate
- Good command in English. Knowing of Mandarin will be an advantage.
