Job Description

Role Overview
•    Design and develop products using 3D CAD and simulation tools.
•    Support product assembly, testing, and buy-off.
•    Execute mechanical part design, tooling and process verification.
•    Drive product and process improvements.
•    Prepare technical documentation (DCN, SOPs, manuals, drawings, pneumatics).
•    Perform additional assigned duties with timely and complete execution.

Role Scope
•    Lead design phases and scheduling; design new modules/machines independently; evaluation and report independently; review junior design and report; expert-level understanding of machine operation and working principles; translate customer needs into design specs; mentor engineers.

Job Requirements

Requirements
•    Design & development of sorting equipment handlers.
•    Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (Second Upper Class or above).
•    Strong skills in mechanical design, material selection, and metal/plastic fabrication.
•    Proficient in SolidWorks or any CAD designing tools.
•    ≥4 years of relevant working experience; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
•    Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
•    Exposure to equipment design, test integration, test socket & probe design, and test processes is an advantage.
•    Self-motivated team player with a positive work attitude and ability to work independently.
•    Innovative, creative, and hardworking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Good technical leadership, communication (verbal and written), and project management skills.
•    Customer-focused, adaptable, and open to learning new technologies and challenges.
•    Knowledge of semiconductor processes or IR technology is an added advantage.
