Job Description

• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Retail, E-commerce, and Training teams to consolidate and submit sales forecasts to the Regional Demand Planning team in Singapore, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across functions.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Demand Planner on forecast revisions, including managing revision workflows via regional planning portals and maintaining updated internal tracking files.
• Own and maintain the Master Menu and Product Master, overseeing product listings, updates, and lifecycle changes while acting as the central point of coordination for all product-related communications with key stakeholders.
• Support the Marketing team in preparing high-quality internal reports for regional stakeholders and external partners, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
• Play a key role during budgeting cycles, providing data analysis, template preparation, and regional submissions in collaboration with Finance, particularly on Master Menu-related inputs.
• Support senior leadership on pricing strategy, including pricing for new product launches and annual price revisions, ensuring alignment with brand and regional guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Retail teams to support the planning and execution of boutique and department store events, ensuring smooth coordination and readiness across functions.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
• 2 to 3+ years on Demand Planning experience, retail environment will be an advantage. Preferred with exposure to international brands & Beauty Industry
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Able to communicate with key stakeholders
• Professional working proficiency in Malay and Chinese Language will be an added advantage
• Have passion in beauty industry, luxury products or higher segment consumer goods.
