Job Description
- Plan, implement, and scale paid lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Design and manage full-funnel ad journeys—from cold targeting to nurturing warm leads.
- Create and manage campaign calendars that align with company goals and seasonal priorities.
- Write or oversee compelling, emotionally resonant ad copy that establishes credibility and encourages action.
- Produce or direct the creation of high-converting ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
- Continuously test and refine hooks, messaging angles, and visual content for optimal performance.
- Define and segment target audiences for precise ad delivery.
- Build, manage, and optimize lead forms and funnels to qualify and nurture prospects efficiently.
- Ensure seamless handoff to sales and operations teams for conversion follow-through.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct weekly reporting with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Use data to inform audience targeting, creative decisions, and budget allocation.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager policies, trends, and platform features.
- Work closely with internal departments—sales, content, and operations—to align marketing with business outcomes.
- Provide feedback from campaign performance to support continuous improvement of service offerings and messaging.
We are a purpose-led immigration consultancy seeking a results-driven Digital Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising, paired with a strong command of persuasive, trust-building copywriting. This role involves end-to-end ownership of paid social campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for immigration services, including Permanent Residency and Citizenship applications.
You’ll be responsible for building full-funnel strategies, crafting content that connects emotionally with diverse audiences, and translating insights into campaigns that convert. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience running Facebook/Instagram ads with a focus on lead generation
- Excellent Mandarin writing and storytelling skills is a MUST (ads must engage a Mandarin-speaking audience)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ads, emails, and landing pages is required
- Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, emotionally engaging copy that builds trust and converts
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including CAPI setup, campaign structure, funnel design, and A/B testing
- Solid understanding of digital ad content formats and policies for Meta platforms
- Highly data-literate — able to turn insights into content and campaign optimizations
- Performance-oriented mindset — thrives under KPIs like CPL, lead quality, and ROI
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where outcomes matter
- Bonus: Skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines
