Job Description
- ✅ Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to boost brand awareness and sales across diverse audiences, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Create high-impact promotional materials (e.g., social media assets, print collateral, email templates) tailored for both online and offline channels.
- ✅ Audience Engagement & Analytics
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries/comments on social platforms, ensuring timely and brand-aligned communication.
- Track and optimize campaign ROI using analytics tools, delivering insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Distribute regular newsletters showcasing brand updates, product launches, and promotions to nurture customer loyalty.
- ✅ Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate relationships with collaborators (influencers, vendors, landlords) to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Gather customer feedback through surveys and social listening, translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales and product teams.
- ✅ Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between the brand and key stakeholders (principals, suppliers, landlords), aligning communications to reinforce brand messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with target audiences through personalized engagement and community-building initiatives.

Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Malay, English & Mandarin).
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop), and MS Office.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with an eye for detail and design.
