Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule building maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams.
• Oversee on-site renovation works to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Perform site inspections at various stages of renovation to verify compliance with established standards.
• Track project progress and ensure renovation works are completed within agreed timelines.
• Address residents’ and clients’ maintenance and renovation-related requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, quotations, and records of completed works.
• Take prompt and appropriate action in response to emergencies or incidents.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with residents, the Joint Management Body (JMB), and all relevant stakeholders.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
