Job Description
- Customer Online Consultation and Support:
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers through online platforms, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Your role is to provide accurate, clear, and concise answers to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved or their questions answered to their satisfaction.
- You'll need to be knowledgeable about the company’s products or services and able to provide troubleshooting or clarification as necessary.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain an open line of communication with other departments such as sales, technical support, or logistics to ensure customer needs are met quickly and accurately.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to gather required information or escalate issues that may need further attention or expertise.
- Exceeding Customer Expectations:
- The goal is not only to meet basic customer service standards but to go above and beyond in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- This includes ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and that their concerns are addressed efficiently.
- You will also ensure that customers are provided with accurate and complete information, which helps build trust and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration and KPI Achievement:
- You will work as part of a team, aiming to achieve shared goals and targets related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- KPIs could include response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, or issue escalation rates, while SLAs are the predefined expectations for service delivery such as response time or resolution time.
- Active participation in team efforts to achieve these targets will be crucial to your role.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in both Korean and English, with the ability to converse fluently in both languages.
- Must hold a minimum of TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or be a graduate of a university in Korea.
- Educational qualifications: SPM, UEC, O-level, or equivalent and above.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of six months of customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
