Our kindergarten provides an effective and fun-filled approach for early childhood learning and development where we incorporate the Right Brain Development (RBT), Alpha Music PlaySTEM Science Experiment and many more into our early-childhood education syllabus.

As we expand, we are looking for teachers with the following job description below👇

Job Description

  • Provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the literacy learning process.
  • Differentiate to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and needs.
  • Develop inspiring teaching plans to meet the needs of children of varying ages and learning levels.
  • Provide creative educational activities, including art, music, sports, and interactive games, to foster holistic child development.
  • Prepare materials and supplies for curriculum implementation.
  • Ensure a safe, clean classroom environment and create a warm atmosphere where every child feels comfortable and welcomed.
  • Monitor and record the development progress of children, sharing their growth with parents.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing teaching resources and best practices to continuously improve educational quality.
  • Establish positive home-school partnerships, maintaining close communication with parents to share information and advice about the children.
  • Participate in teacher meetings and contribute to the school's development and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Posses at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits self-motivation, attention to detail and learning orientations.
  • Passionate in working with children of all ages.
