Job Description

Account executive should be able to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. You’ll be responsible to manage customer relationships, as well as preservation and expansion of our customer base by understanding their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. You will also assist in developing sales strategies through sales data analysis. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage the ordinary sales process
• Manage on-going interactions (phone, email, web), involving other internal resources when appropriate
• Hold discussions to understand needs, concerns on operational level
• Coordinate the communication of special quotations

2. Help deliver promotions successfully
• Support the effective delivery of sales campaigns

3. Manage customer claims
• Liaise with QA to ensure a smooth claim management process
• Collaborate with Sales Administration to process admin related claims

4. Price proposal
• Work with AM to come out with relevant price proposal
• Work with KAM to generate detailed sales activity reports

Job Requirements

Competencies and Skills required:
• A minimum of JLPT N2 proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, result-oriented & analytical.
• Team player.
• Good in Excel & PowerPoint.

Experiences and Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in sales role.
