Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR matters.
 - Promote employee understanding of company policies, HR procedures, and regulations.
 - Gather and organize necessary documentation for administrative hearings and evidence.
 - Collaborate with Operations to conduct performance reviews and coaching for underperforming employees to improve productivity and retention.
 - Facilitate communication and build relationships between HR, Delivery, and Support teams.
 - Communicate with Delivery and Department Heads about their specific challenges and develop strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.
 - Participate in performance management reviews.
 - Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root causes of employee attrition and dissatisfaction.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; HR-related degree (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, HRM) preferred.
 - 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
 - Familiarity with various HR functions (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, etc.).
 - Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and labor laws.
 - Understanding of DOLE, OSH, Labor Law/BWC, and government benefits/compliance.
 - Proficient in Discipline Management (SCM/NTE, NOD, PS).
 - Functional knowledge of Performance Management (Regularization Reviews, PIP, Annual Review).
 - Process-oriented with a history of process improvement.
 - Good understanding of BPO/IT industry standards.
 - Must speak, read and write Japanese fluently (Equivalent to Native/N1)
