Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for Apple products and a knack for resolving complex hardware and OS issues? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Mac-based infrastructure and provide exceptional support to our users.

Responsibilities:

1) MAC Hardware Troubleshooting and Maintenance

2) Monitoring, Analyzing, and Troubleshooting OS System Issues

3) Application Installation/Configuration and Training

4) Devices Security Compliance Check and Anomalies Monitoring

5) Assisting with Devices Maintenance and Updates during Onboarding/Offboarding Processes

6) Assisting with Network and Telephone System Troubleshooting

7) APAC MIS Issue Support

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with preference given to degrees in relevant technical fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • ACiT (Apple Certified iOS Technician) and/or ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician) certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with the Jamf management system will be an advantage, as we use it to manage our Apple devices.
  • Previous experience working in an Apple repair center, handling MacBook repairs and parts replacement, will be highly valued.
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and assist both internal and external customers.
  • Good understanding of common operating systems (e.g. Windows, macOS) and applications.
  • Familiarity with network settings and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service management.
  • Language proficiency: Mandarin & English
