Job Description
General Inquiries
· Handle seat reservations and boarding guidance
· Provide information on baggage policies and flight status
· Assist with in-flight meals and service inquiries
· Support customers with website-related inquiries and navigation
International Paid Tickets
· Process new reservations
· Manage ticket changes and modifications
· Handle purchases and cancellations
· Process refunds
International Award & Upgrade Tickets
· Manage new reservations for international award tickets
· Handle changes and cancellations
· Process refunds
· Support upgrade award ticket requests
Job Requirements
Communication and Customer Service Skills
· Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills
· Strong customer service orientation with empathy and patience
· Strong problem-solving ability
Technical Skills
· Proficient in CRM systems
· Experience with airline reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred
· Good typing speed and accuracy
Behavioral Competencies
· Adaptable and flexible in handling customer needs
· Able to adjust to new procedures and operational changes
· Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
· Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Experience
· Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
· Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry is an advantage
· Knowledge of airline operations is a strong plus
Language Requirements
· Native level Japanese proficinecy
· English proficiency: B2 level or above
