Job Description
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end user, maintenance and troubleshooting for all business IT-related hardware, software, network, printers, system & solution.
- Deploy PCs, iPads, Printers, and associated IT devices including new installation, implementation and upgrades (OS, firmware, patches, etc.)
- Support and manage POS and CCTV system at our Boutiques
- Work closely with outsourced vendors to ensure all incidents are resolved within the SLA
- AD and file server administrator (creation, modify, grant access, and terminate user account)
- MS AX Master Data Maintenance and Support (Item master, Supplier Master and Customer Master database)
- Data integrity checking ensure sales, interfaces & jobs are running smoothly
- Managing IT properties and asset custodian
- Assist & support superior in IT Systems installation, configuration, implementation & Regional project rollouts
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or with similar role
- Basic knowledge in Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft office, Outlook, firewall, database, security systems, networking, and other general applications.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot hardware peripheral, Microsoft Windows, and Office application
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel is mandatory
- Knowledge in basic IT Languages SQL, VBA, Active Directory and Office 365 services added advantage
- Willing to travel to provide support remotely or physically on public holiday and weekend whenever necessary
