Job Description

• Configure, manage, and support Windows Server.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, network routing, and Wi-Fi access points to ensure maximum network efficiency and security.
• Maintain and update network equipment with the latest firmware releases.
• Provide end-to-end support for Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Support end-users with computer hardware, software, and system issues.
• Provide remote IT support to regional offices across multiple countries.
• Cloud experience in Microsoft Azure and AWS (an advantage).
• Knowledge and hands-on work with SD-WAN technology.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and IT (Hardware).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of server & IT networking support related experience.
• Experience in Firewall, router and core switch configuration.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP Networking, Palo Alto Firewall, Azure/AWS Cloud, routing protocol.
• Preferably with certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/Comp TIA Network & Security.
• Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific region.
• Able to join immediately to support a tight deadline project.
