Job Description

• IT Infrastructure Management:
  • Oversee and maintain regional IT infrastructure (servers, networks, software).
  • Lead IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors for necessary IT solutions and procurement.
  • Manage the regional IT budget.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure prompt resolution of IT issues.
• Security Management:
  • Develop and implement IT security strategies to protect company’s digital assets.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including investigation and remediation.
  • Promote security awareness through training programs for regional staff.
• Physical Security Management:
  • Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures for company facilities.
  • Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel access secure areas.
  • Supervise installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms).
  • Develop and coordinate emergency response plans, including disaster recovery for physical locations.
  • Conduct regular physical security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with facilities management and local security teams to address and resolve security concerns.
• Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor IT and security staff.
  • Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT and security needs.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop a regional IT roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Create and enforce IT and physical security policies and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• CCNA or MCSE certification is preferred.
• Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft, and SQL.
• Experience managing information systems projects.
• Familiarity with FileMaker and ManageEngine systems is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
