1. Mortgage-related knowledge (e.g., project / subsales, MRTA & MLTA, loan application details & procedures) 
2. DSR calculation 
3. Check CCRIS 
4. Collect documents 
5. Connection with valuers 
6. Connection with bankers (e.g., bank guidelines, submit case) 
7. Quotation 
8. Sales & marketing (e.g., telemarketing, F2F marketing, recruitment, find client base & long-term partners)

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients).
2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
3. Flexibility in accepting the tasks and responsibility for the position.
4. Willing to learn, excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
