FujiCare, a Fujiaire Global subsidiary, provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial air conditioning units.

In March of this year, Cuckoo co-created with Fujiaire air conditioners entered the Malaysian market through a strategic collaboration with CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn Bhd. Sales surpassed the initial target, reaching 66,000 homes. Sales volume for 2023 is projected at RM40.7 million, reflecting the success of the alliance.

Job Description

  • To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation if financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and related matters.
  • To assist in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.
  • To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate and complete.
  • To prepare audit schedules and GST returns for submission.
  • To prepare monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, production & logistics, etc.)
  • To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with a regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Accounts/ Finance/ Economics
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience in using Quickbooks
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Interest in managing accounting activities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to handle time-sensitive tasks
