Job Description

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services;
  • Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders
  • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,
  • Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
  • Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
  • Support Sales team members with related information, as required.

Job Requirements

  • Job location in Shah Alam, Selangor. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
  • Knowledge of Alfa Laval products would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience of selling engineered products and solutions would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Commands in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
