Job Description
- Oversee and handle immigration applications, including Singapore Citizenship, PR, and other related submissions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and verify required documentation for successful application submissions.
- Provide expert advisory services based on a deep understanding of Singapore immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Analyze clients’ backgrounds and craft compelling cover letters to strengthen their applications.
- Ensure all applications submitted to government agencies meet the highest accuracy and compliance standards.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, offering prompt and professional support throughout the application process.
- Address client inquiries, assist with post-submission formalities, and ensure responses are provided within the company’s service timeline.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets and records systematically to ensure smooth workflow.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimally Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics or equivalent
- Strong verbal CN communication skills and good written English skills
- At least 3 years of experience in client facing role
- No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Good time management skills & must be able to handle a high volume of digital documents
- Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines
