We are an expanding power solutions group with operations across several plants. We are looking for a HR Manager to manage our early-stage HR Department and help us scale as we grow. What You’ll Do 

• Supervise HR operations on claims, timekeeping and more.
• Champion and maintain adoption of the HR management system across all plants.  
• Develop and implement HR policies for talent management, career progression and employee engagement.
• Partner with leadership to plan and execute company and people growth strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations and talent management, ideally from a corporate environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across office and plant settings.  
• A self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and can build processes to bring structure.  
• Strong ownership mentality — you care about outcomes, not just tasks.  
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and people management skills.
