Job Description

    HR Strategy & Business Alignment

    • Collaborate with the HR Manager and senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Research and analyze industry trends and best practices to enhance HR policies and processes.

     

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
    • Partner with department heads to identify key talent and develop succession plans for critical roles.

     

    Employee Development & Training

    • Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Implement career development initiatives to improve engagement and retention.

     

    Performance Management & Total Rewards

    • Support the design and execution of performance management frameworks to ensure fair evaluations and career progression.
    • Assist in structuring competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

     

    Culture & Employee Experience

    • Develop initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
    • Implement engagement programs, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and recommend improvements.

     

    HR Analytics & Reporting

    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track trends, assess HR initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions.
    • Generate reports for leadership to monitor key HR performance indicators.
Job Requirements

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on HR strategy and planning.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
    • 5+ Years of HR Experience
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
