Job Description
- Brand Ownership: Lead the brand and content strategy across multiple brands, ensuring strong positioning, differentiation, and consistent messaging that enhances market presence and user experience.
- Product Launch Strategy: Develop and execute communication and brand positioning strategies for new products, creating impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and uncovering new opportunities to strengthen brand relevance during commercialization.
- Voice & Messaging Stewardship: Act as the guardian of brand voice, storytelling principles, and key messaging frameworks across all platforms and content formats.
- Content Quality & Consistency: Uphold high standards of writing, editing, and creative quality to ensure brand coherence and impactful communication throughout all materials.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and visual designers, fostering creative excellence and alignment across campaigns and initiatives.
- Multi-Channel Content Development: Oversee the creation and execution of content across multiple channels — including websites, paid ads, internal communications, product documentation, UX copy, and sales enablement materials — to drive engagement, conversion, and brand adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, AI Tech, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing teams to develop tailored content strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2E audiences.
- Innovation & Ideation: Contribute to creative brainstorming, design thinking workshops, and feature ideation sessions to shape user-centric, differentiated product experiences.
- Global Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to align on messaging priorities, co-develop briefs, and maintain global brand consistency while adapting to local market needs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging content trends, technologies, and AI-driven innovations that can enhance storytelling, creative processes, and operational efficiency.
The Brand & Content Strategist is responsible for driving the overall brand identity, content direction, and narrative consistency across multiple brands within the organization’s portfolio. This role ensures each brand maintains a distinct positioning, market relevance, and unified storytelling experience across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand and content leadership roles, preferably in multi-brand environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising or similar fields.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills across various formats and platforms.
- Strong editorial sensibility, with an eye for quality and clarity.
- Experience leading content across multiple brands simultaneously, with an understanding of how to adapt tone, structure, and content strategy accordingly.
- Proven success in developing brand messages and content strategies for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker who can connect brand vision to business goals.
- Passion or working knowledge in AI, emerging technologies, or UX copywriting is a strong plus.
