Job Description

• Develop innovative concepts and create high-quality visuals for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print.
• Manage the print production process for materials like brochures and booklets as needed.
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all visual communications.
• Adhere to strict quality standards and brand guidelines in all design work.
• Collaboratively address and solve design issues with team members in advance.
• Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time in a dynamic setting.
• Capable of working autonomously, managing projects from initial concept to final execution within set timelines.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams (Digital Marketing, Content, Product, Student Engagement, etc.) to develop original and impactful creative solutions.
• Continuously research industry trends and emerging techniques to propose innovative design concepts.
• Willing to travel for company and educational events as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Holds 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe AI and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with animation, video editing, and print production is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese and Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
• Experienced in creating graphics optimized for digital marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform-specific technical requirements.
• Highly results-driven with a focus on continuously improving visuals to enhance conversion rates.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly, is self-motivated in acquiring new skills, and is supportive in assisting team members.
• Exhibits creativity, is self-starting, and proactively seeks solutions to challenges.
• Displays a strong drive to achieve results, possesses excellent work ethics, and is capable of navigating a rapid learning curve.
• Organized and capable of managing projects systematically.
