Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial reviews and validations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies such as policy violations, duplicate claims, and inconsistencies in data.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and compliance with finance and audit standards.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones, maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing volumes, new systems, and evolving processes.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and performance in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by highlighting gaps in workflows or policies and providing constructive feedback.

 

Job Requirements

      Requirements:Experience & Functional Expertise:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting-related roles.
• Previous experience within a finance shared services environment is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in executing standard operating procedures in day-to-day activities.

  Review & Compliance Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial documentation reviews.
• Skilled in identifying errors, inconsistencies, and policy non-compliance.

• Good understanding of internal control frameworks and audit compliance requirements.
