Job Description

  • Provide support in Internal control for which includes testing and ensuring all internal process documentation is updated on timely basis.
  • Internal processes and SOP creation which would include process walk-through, new updates and complete documentation for all respective departments.
  • Conduct field Boutiques Audit and prepare internal audit reports.
  • Assist in Internal control documentations as and when required by Regional Internal Audit and all other matters related to ERICA.
  • As a custodian in ensuring compliance with Group’s internal control policies.
  • Assist in monthly and budget schedules updates (ie. Balance Sheet and P&L).
  • Assist in annual Audit, Tax computation and Transfer Pricing related schedules.
  • Assist in financial reporting projects’ implementation.
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting schedules and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma In Accounting/ LCCI
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field, preferably in retail industry
  • Internal audit experience would be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical mindset
  • Willing to travel
