Job Description
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) payments and payment journals.
- Assist in preparing monthly expense and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare General Ledger journals.
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and manage depreciation schedules for tax purposes.
- Update cash flow and treasury working files.
- Assist with documentation for internal controls as required by the Regional Internal Audit
- Support boutique audits.
- Provide assistance during annual audits, tax computations, and transfer pricing-related tasks.
- Handle other ad-hoc requests as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
- Experience with MS AX DYNAMIX accounting system is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
- Strong integrity, ethical standards, and transparency in financial matters.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, capable of working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
