Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounting Executive to join the team. This is a hands-on, independent role where you will be responsible for daily finance operations and coordination with external parties such as banks and tax authorities. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle processing of cash and cheque transactions in compliance with company policy
• Perform periodic stock checks and physical inventory count of factory materials
• Review and verify staff claims and reimbursement documents
• Assist in basic tax planning and organize related tax documentation
• Verify intercompany and supplier/customer account settlements
• Review payment requests and ensure proper supporting documents
• Liaise with local banks and tax authorities on financial and compliance matters
• Carry out any other finance-related tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

 

• Diploma or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred;
• Familiar with Malaysia’s local financial regulations, tax system, and accounting standards, with a solid understanding of financial and tax practices;
• Proficient in Chinese and English and able to use both languages as working languages
