Job Description
- KYC & Compliance: Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) audits for both new and existing affiliates using internal systems. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Approval Rate Optimization: Review affiliate application data to uncover trends and identify bottlenecks in the approval process. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance approval rates while upholding compliance standards. Present findings and recommendations to the Affiliate Engagement Lead.
- Affiliate Communication: Respond to affiliate inquiries received through email, social media (e.g., Instagram), and internal feedback channels. Ensure professional and timely responses within 24 hours, in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain case records and follow up accordingly.
- Payment Support: Provide assistance with payment-related processes, including batch adjustments and manual payout requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Finance and Governance, to deliver a smooth and positive experience for affiliates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to read and write Mandarin proficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Customer-first mindset with an interest in e-commerce or affiliate marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
