Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of engagement activities and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of engagement activities, policies, and updates through various channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, email).
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to communicate feedback and concerns.
- Design, distribute, and analyze employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
- Interpret survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, activities, and programs that promote team building and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Proficient in English speaking
- Outgoing personality with interest to help improve employee wellbeing
- 2+ Years of experience specifically in handling Employee Engagement
- Willing to travel around vicinity of KL and Selangor, for events
- Initiative and Outspoken
