Job Description

Student Recruitment

1. Serve as the main contact person for Mandarin-speaking prospective students and their parents, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Provide comprehensive details on programmes, courses, and intake schedules to prospective students and their families.
3. Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and school visits, promoting available programmes to potential students.
4. Conduct presentations and informational sessions in Mandarin, outlining programme advantages, application procedures, and admission requirements to prospective students and parents.

Marketing and Content Creation

1. Develop and publish engaging Mandarin-language content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates tailored for prospective students.
2. Produce and present video content targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences to enhance awareness of the company’s programmes.

Job Requirements

1. Prior experience in student recruitment, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Must be fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Familiar with popular Mandarin focused social media platforms such as XHS and FB
5. Ability to create engaging written and visual content for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
6. Comfortable presenting on camera for video content creation.
7. Willing to travel outstation for events and exhibitions.
8. Passionate about education and committed to guiding students in making informed decisions about their future.
