Job Description

• To provide effective counseling services to students, who are looking for admissions in international colleges and universities (UK, AUS, Ireland etc)
• To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.
• To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission registration, Scholar Search, school visits and other related events.
• To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as well as career & study pathways.
• To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the management.

Job Schedule 

• Jan-Apr: Low season but start engaging more and more students. During this time, there may be travelling over two (2) or three (3) weekends needed to other states for the physical events called Scholar Search.
• May-Aug: Super peak period. Your commitment is needed during this period to engage students and secure enrolment. Commitment is required after work hours and weekends to attend to student enquiries.
• Sep-Oct: Still in peak period but tapering in terms of student engagement. Commitment level still needed but not as hectic.
• Nov-Dec: Low season. During this time may have some travelling (when required).

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any subject. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years working experience will also be considered.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin preferably. 
• Excellent work ethics.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Work full time  (Monday - Friday : 9am-6pm)
• Willing to travel for company events when necessary. 
• Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) & during peak period.
• Wiling to work overtime during peak period (after exam results).
• Willing to answer priority messages at night from students.
• Willing to work on weekends and travel for Scholar Search events occasionally & as scheduled.
