Job Description
- Identify and engage higher education institutions as authorized training centers (ATCs).
- Advocate for the adoption of business software (Accounting & HRMS) within academic programs.
- Enhance partnerships by organizing educational initiatives such as industry talks and student competitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with ATCs, tracking their progress and needs.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, student briefings, and classroom training.
- Work closely with ATCs to support their training and assessment requirements.
- Evaluate and grade student assignments.
- Organize workshops, industry talks, and training events to keep ATCs informed of industry trends and software updates.
- Collaborate with ATCs to understand their academic needs and provide necessary support.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training, partnership activities, and events.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training and Development & etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, education, training, or relevant fields required.
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Malay language; candidates fluent in Mandarin is an added advantages
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong public speaking and training skills.
- Knowledge in business software (Accounting/ HRMS/POS) will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia, including long-distance trips.
