Job Description
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aimed at achieving annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the merchandising, brand, and principal teams to curate product assortments that align with market demands and sales data.
- Oversee all aspects of digital sales performance, including traffic generation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and reporting across online channels.
- Manage the accuracy and appeal of online product listings, ensuring clear categorization, high-quality imagery, compelling descriptions, proper pricing, and placement that aligns with brand identity.
- Continuously enhance product content, including both short and long descriptions, key specifications, and visuals to optimize customer experience.
- Use merchandising strategies to increase web traffic and maximize profitability across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, using insights to refine product content and improve user experience.
- Strengthen and align digital marketing and social media activities to support the overall direction of the e-commerce strategy.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing management.
- Solid understanding of the retail landscape, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with great attention to detail and a flair for creative problem-solving.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
