E-commerce Executive (Fashion)

Job Description

    The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to enhance user experience and drive sales. This role involves executing online marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital marketing, and a passion for the fashion industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the eCommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
    • Content Management: Update and maintain website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional banners to ensure they are accurate and engaging.
    • Analytics: Track and analyze eCommerce performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to improve the website and service.
    • Promotions and Discounts: Plan and execute online promotions, sales events, and discount campaigns to boost sales and attract new customers.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about eCommerce trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep the company’s online presence competitive.
Job Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
    • Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TiktokShop), digital marketing tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
    • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
