E-Client Services Executive (Luxury)

Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our online customers, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience. You will also play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations, from order processing and inventory management to contributing to digital marketing initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Experience Excellence

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and online forms, delivering prompt and professional responses to ensure satisfaction.
    • Resolve customer complaints and manage returns efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

    E-Commerce Operations

    • Oversee online order processing, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels.
    • Monitor and support website functionality, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.

    Digital Marketing Collaboration

    • Partner with internal teams to execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO optimization, email marketing (EDM), and social media campaigns to boost website traffic and visibility.
    • Assist in E-Merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation and drive conversions.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics such as customer service performance, e-commerce sales, website traffic, and campaign results to inform decision-making.

    Administrative Support

    • Provide administrative support for e-commerce operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce, contributing to the overall success of the team.

       

Job Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field within the beauty industry is preferred. 
    • Passion for Beauty: A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in beauty products and trends are essential.
    • Customer Engagement: A natural ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional service is crucial.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage and will be highly regarded.
    • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are necessary.
    • Performance-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations is highly valued.
