Job Description
- Partner with Regional/Central Media teams and agency partners to execute cross-channel campaigns (paid social, SEM, display/video ads), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end campaign workflows: Draft media briefs, secure approvals, oversee ad creative validation, and finalize post-campaign reports to measure ROI.
- Host weekly agency syncs to review real-time metrics, refine targeting, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).
- Conduct post-campaign deep dives to evaluate effectiveness, share actionable insights with stakeholders, and implement feedback for future initiatives.
- Drive low-funnel traffic strategies (SEA, SEO, paid social) to hit E-Commerce KPIs like CAC reduction and ROAS improvement.
- Collaborate with agencies to audit campaign setups, propose bid/budget adjustments, and ensure profitability of every dollar spent.
- Conduct daily performance audits of campaigns using Google Analytics 4, media platform dashboards, and internal BI tools.
- Translate raw metrics (impressions, CPC, bounce rates) into actionable growth tactics for immediate implementation.
- Build media performance dashboards highlighting trends, competitive benchmarks, and regional digital innovations.
- Deliver monthly memos with insights on competitor activations and emerging trends (e.g., AI-driven ad tools, Gen Z engagement tactics).
- Manage end-to-end budget stewardship: Raise POs, track invoices, and ensure 100% financial compliance.
- Support ad-hoc projects like A/B testing frameworks, UX audits, or seasonal campaign rollouts.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A specialization or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing or digital media, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
- Analytical Skills: A solutions-oriented approach with an intellectually curious mindset. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to add value through data-driven insights.
- Luxury Brand Awareness: A genuine interest in and understanding of the luxury brand landscape.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: A proactive and driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding expectations.
