Job Description
- Assist in managing high-impact digital media campaigns (paid social, SEM, display) from planning to execution, working closely with the Digital Media Manager and agency partners.
- Coordinate weekly agency meetings to align on media plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CAC) using tools like Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports.
- Drive SEO optimization via keyword research, on-page improvements, and content strategy, aligning organic efforts with paid campaigns (SEM, social) for maximum visibility.
- Support traffic acquisition strategies across SEA, SEO, and paid social to hit e-commerce KPIs.
- Assist in website management, including product launches, content updates, and promotional banner placements to ensure a flawless user experience.
- Execute monthly e-commerce activations, coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and retail teams to align campaigns with brand standards.
- Provide customer service by resolving order inquiries, troubleshooting website issues, and delivering timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Support ad-hoc e-commerce projects, from troubleshooting operational challenges to optimizing backend processes.
- Communicate with internal teams (finance, retail, regional/central stakeholders) to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks, including PO/invoice processing, documentation, and campaign asset organization via platforms like Google Drive.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
- Strong grasp of SEO best practices (keyword research, technical SEO, content strategy) and data-driven optimization.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS).
- Fluency in English (written/spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional collaboration.
- Experience in fashion e-commerce or premium brand environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, balancing creativity with operational precision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering white-glove customer service.
