Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assess campaign performance, investigate issues, and resolve underperforming ads, keywords, or funnels
• Collaborate with creative and web development teams to design high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Develop reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for clients and management.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Stay updated on Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.

Job Requirements

Our Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.
• Internship experience in digital marketing roles is welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (SEM & SEO), social media platforms, and content creation.
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
