Core Responsibilities (What You’ll Own):
✅ End-to-End Campaign Leadership
Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email, programmatic display) to boost brand engagement and conversion rates.
✅ Content Strategy & Creation
Develop high-impact content—blogs, social media posts, email sequences, and landing pages—that resonates with healthcare audiences and aligns with SEO best practices.
✅ SEO/SEM Mastery
Drive organic growth with technical SEO audits, keyword optimization, and content gap analysis. Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
✅ Social Media Growth Hacking
Scale our social presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms by crafting viral-worthy content, fostering community engagement, and leveraging analytics to refine strategies.
✅ Email Marketing Automation
Build segmented email workflows (e.g., nurture campaigns, re-engagement drips) using tools like HubSpot/Mailchimp, and A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and layouts for peak performance.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Making
Track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC) via Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Hotjar. Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
✅ Market Intelligence & Innovation
Analyze competitor strategies, identify emerging trends (e.g., AI-driven marketing tools), and propose cutting-edge tactics to stay ahead in the healthcare marketing space.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Proven track record (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a preference for candidates fluent in the fashion/retail landscape.
- Mastery of paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) for segmented campaigns and drip workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for crafting visually striking assets, plus basic video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Storytelling prowess: Ability to write conversion-focused copy (social posts, email CTAs, product descriptions) with meticulous attention to tone, grammar, and SEO-friendly keywords.
- Creative ideation: A portfolio showcasing campaigns that blend trend-forward aesthetics (fashion/retail focus preferred) with data-backed strategies.
- Data-driven optimizer: Skilled at interpreting metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC) to refine campaigns, troubleshoot underperformers, and amplify winning tactics.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creatives, and email subject lines.
- Cross-functional partner: Ability to align with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to execute cohesive campaigns that drive fashion/retail KPIs.
- Clear communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
