Job Description

Hi! We are looking for an out-going, active in social media, tech-savvy and responsible new blood to join us! If you like to edit photos and videos, like to share latest updates on the social media platform, we want you to join our team!

You will be handling the following tasks:

• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media platforms including advertising, product development, and brand management
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Creates effective marketing strategy to market company's products, event, good image and etc.
• Updating and managing website content such as photos and videos as well as attractive write-ups.
• Managing and implementing sales activities through social media platforms.
• Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Managing and implementing seasonal marketing strategies and annual marketing plan.
• Constantly coordinate and collaborate with other partners/ parties to create landing pages, and optimize user experience.
• Carry out daily duties in accordance to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Basic Photography and video editing skills are added advantage.
• Good knowledge in IT support on computer hardware & software.
• Computer literate specifically Microsoft Office applications are a prerequisite.
• Must be able to work independently, highly self-motivated, good attitude, and responsible.
• Have own transportation to travel to Semenyih.
