Since the early 2000s, the company has been at the forefront of innovation in clear aligner systems, combining advanced tools such as AI-based treatment planning, 3D printing, and cutting-edge biomaterials to offer customized, patient-focused orthodontic care. With millions of users worldwide, this organization continues to expand internationally and is currently establishing a new production facility in Malaysia.

About the Role

This role begins with a 3-month paid training program designed to equip you with leading knowledge and skills in digital orthodontics. Following training, you will be responsible for:

• Creating 3D patient-specific aligner models using intelligent CAD software
• Collaborating with dental professionals to optimize treatment plans
• Assisting in the development of predictive algorithms for tooth movement
• Providing technical support for global operations, including the Malaysian facility

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently design 3D orthodontic treatment plans based on clinical prescriptions
2. Modify and finalize treatment designs based on dentist feedback for aligner production
3. Communicate effectively with clinicians to align on treatment strategies
4. Participate in software development and algorithm optimization for tooth arrangement
5. Collaborate with the marketing team for technical support and product promotion

Job Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in both Chinese (main language) and English for daily communication
• Strong 3D visualization skills and logical thinking

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn

   

Preferred:

• Experience in orthodontic or design-related roles
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software
• Background in CAD, medical science, product design, or dentistry
