- Handle customer inquiries across various communication channels including phone, email, and in-platform messaging
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of post-purchase issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide post-sales assistance for 1-on-1 paid consultation services offered through the platform
- Manage return, refund, and exchange processes for peripheral wellness and lifestyle products
