Job Description
- To handle incoming calls, email & live chat from customer pertaining to various enquiries.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience working in a contact centre in a customer facing role in an international B2C environment for 0-6 months.
- The ability to communicate with the emphasis on how well it is done, in terms of appropriateness, sensitivity and the capacity to deal with unfamiliar topics in Japanese.
- Ability to deal with hostile questioning confidently
- Ability to get and hold onto his/her turn to speak
- Must be able to type accurately at 35 wpm.
- Strong communication style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to listen effectively
- Customer Interaction
- Ability to address customers’ service needs and adjust the language for different customers
- Call control
- Ability to control and drive direction of call with customer is all situations with an ability to adjust behavior and handle interpersonal situations

- The ability to diagnose and identify problems and to then provide a quick, clear solution on the first contactÂ
